At Onypaw, we’re committed to providing pet parents with high-quality, reliable products that help keep your home clean and stress-free. We believe in the effectiveness of our products, and we encourage you to use them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you’re not completely satisfied after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please reach out to us at support@onypaw.com.
Order Cancellations & Changes
We understand that plans change! If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order will already be processing, and we may not be able to make adjustments. If your cancellation request is made within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We stand behind our products! Try them for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you’re still not satisfied, you may return them within 60 days of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging to ensure your order arrives safely. If your item is defective or physically broken, please let us know within 72 hours of delivery.
- Damaged packaging (such as dented boxes) does not qualify as a damaged product.
- To report a damaged item, email us at support@onypaw.com with clear photos of the damage.
- If eligible, we will replace the item at no cost to you.
Please note: We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling.
Shipping & Delivery
While we work hard to ship orders quickly, unexpected delays may occur due to courier issues, customs, or other factors beyond our control. If you experience shipping delays, please contact the courier directly for assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Address
