š How Long Until My Order Ships?
Weāre on it! Orders take 1-3 business days to process before theyāre handed off to our shipping partners. Once itās on the move, youāll get a tracking number so you can follow its journey. During busy seasons or holidays, it may take up to 7 business daysābut we promise itās worth the wait!
š When Will My Order Arrive?
That depends on where you live and how quickly our shipping carriers work their magic. Hereās a rough idea of when you can expect your Onypaw goodies to arrive:

Deep breathsāweāre here to help. Once your order leaves our warehouse, itās in the paws of the shipping carrier. But if your tracking number says ādeliveredā and thereās no package in sight, hereās what to do:

Onypaw isnāt responsible for lost or stolen packages, but weāll help however we can. Depending on the situation, we may be able to offer a replacement at our discretion. If package theft is suspected, we recommend filing a police report as well.
